There's no way you could have sub optimal levels of certain micronutrients. Some people may see it as like a an insurance policy that allows them to eat a not very good, overall diet and not have to worry about things. I just think it's not a terrible insurance policy. But if you don't want to take it, like, you know, then don't take it.
