When i was coming up, basical, you had to have the imperator of some external organization to say that you're competent. What we're seeing now is very, very different. We are seeing not things that suggest competence, but that demonstrate it. The whole idea of learning in public and putting yourself out there, in my opinion, will really change the way people get hired.
