The Importance of Having a Poker Face

I find men, I don't know if other women can relate, but I find often when I'm working with men, they are sort of like they want my approval. And so there are some times where it's good to have a poker face. You're trying to navigate a world in which you are trying to cohabitate with someone who's bigger and stronger than you. It's hard because the older I get  the less energy I have to just directly confront men in a lot of bullshit.
