I wrote a little book called how not to start a backpack company it's so little we didn't we printed it once how have I did some copies and like I think it's an audible now or whatever it wasn't but it was mostly just a catalog the struggles of it right because people look at stuff and they think that you know the beer fridge at HQ has just always magically been that way  and payroll just magically got.
