For me, sleep is where things show up when I'm overly stressed or if I'm perseverating over something. If I start waking up in the middle of the night around two or three and I struggle to fall back to sleep, I'm always like, okay, what's going on? Let's get honest with ourselves. And sometimes it means I have to go back to my schedule and tell my team we need to pull these things off because this isn't serving my best interests.
