Getting the financing in order is very, very important. You have no idea what's going to happen once you acquire this company. To come in and like win the Super Bowl the first time you play football is just unrealistic. I've bought every single business I've bought. I've written the seller a check at closing and been done with them. And that's how I prefer to do it.
