How Does the Soviet Union Really Work?

In this chapter Khrushchev makes an ask of himself quite a few times and he seems to kind of reveal that he doesn't fully get how the United States actually works. Wall Street executives are also in a bit of misunderstanding because they've fallen hold of the opposite illusion which is that they aren't in charge of things. It's kind of like both sides don't really understand themselves and they also don't understand the other side of the conversation.
