The Importance of Cultural Fit

The good student tells us a lot, right? Because if they can do that, they're obviously can manage time and they care about their studies. That's one piece. But what I found is, is that if you find kids that truly care about their friends ... They end up being a lot of times better kids. We've actually won more games years where we have the right cultural fit. These kids play so hard for each other. We probably shouldn't win just because we've played so hard for the person next to us. And I'd rather do that than win with a kid that, you know, it might be slightly better, but culturally is selfish.
