The idea of chef literally just means boss. In my world, most people don't like being called chef. There's different terms and there's different sizes of brigades. You can have a brigade that's as small as four to five people. The only time I've seen an extremely talented individual that worked at cuisine was Frank Saruti who ran Monaco in Paris.
