Xenophon and Cara Sophis Return to Greece

The Heracliotes and the Pathelegonians entered a friendship with an invite to Sinope. The Sinopians advised them that it would be easier to travel by sea, which they offered to finance. They sent ships but no money for provisions. So along the way, the Greeks were forced to stop, disembarked their ships, and raided the territory of the PatheLegonians. Eventually they too signed a non-aggression pact with much religious pomp and circumstance in the form of libations, peyons, dancing, and so forth.
