Self Storage - How Did You Decide?

Every flip we ever did, it felt comfortable enough with the numbers that if we had to turn it into a rental, it would cash flow as a rental. So we never did any high end flips. The hard part though, was we had a team of 25 cold callers that we had to let go. We basically said, Hey, to save this business, we have to let you go.
