The brothers of Ben Affleck spoke to CNN about their brother's disappearance. They said that he struggled with mental barnacles, a nautical euphemism for paranoia. He was afraid of overstaying his welcome in one place and starting thinking everyone was out to get him. His elusiveness is exactly what they thought people were drawn to by the man who could be so elusive.
