I Think It's a Good Framework for a Design Tool
Figma is a tool that lets you edit vector images in your web browser. Figma was started by the founders of Law Rocket, who are now working on an app for iOS and Android called Foursquare. The tools were developed over several years with help from other developers including Evan Wolfram at Google's Xamarin team. A lot of their work has been focused on design which they believe will be key to making mobile apps more efficient as we move into 2014.
