How to Improve the Quality of the Analysis of the Maintenance Bulletins
There's a few recommendations as a result of of this incident. Improve the quality of the analysis of all bulletins, regardless of their classification. Modify the flight warning computer so that the reverser engine warning is not inhibited and is informed to the crew during any phase of flight. Give more emphasis to the training sessions carried out on flight simulators in relation to the opening of the reversers in several phases of flight.
