Anti-Quagulation and Hematuria

Hematuria may be minimized in the setting of anti-quagulation. There's no evidence that anti-cogulation should cause hematuria. If someone says to me, look, like I just ran a marathon, I have hematuria and it is very well described. Back pain could be kidney pain. It depends where it is. He does not have any obvious rashes or lesions as long as you ask for lower extremity exam. No fevers or chills to make you think this might be a cystitis. So at this point, I'm thinking I need some more testing. We can see it just looking at it on blood tests. But
