The Importance of Spiritual Transition

Transitions are not primarily about our vocational assignment, they're about us moving to the next stage in our development. Sometimes it does mean a net change in what I call the delivery vehicle or the job or the ministry assignment. The off ramps that happen sometimes though is right in the middle of the surrender alignment period of time.
