The Benefits of Stroke Thrombolysis
The use of thrombalysis was associated with an increased odds of a good functional outcome. It also showed that there's significant increase in the risk of intracranial hemorrhage. But it's been accepted by the leading bodies to suddenly say that you're not going to thrombalize strokes would really disrupt systems. So for me, we should be towing the line and putting aside our own personal views on it.
