Exercise Is the Number One Priority for ADHD

It's not helpful for anybody to lose control or get upset. The other thing is to put all those tasks for the day, the things that I have to do, write them down so they're out of my head. Exercise in and of itself is a repetitive, boring routine task. And I often say it's really more social than most people can imagine.
