The Life and Times of Lucille Dowd

Ralph Kroger dies of cancer in 1966 at the age of 63. Iva continues serving out her sentence, but her behavior is noticeably impeccable. In 1987, she resurfaces 25 years after her arrest for the murders of Mildred and Jay Arneson. She's now in her mid 60s, and the police in Cape Coral, Florida are trying to track her down. But when investigators do a deep or dive into her background, they're shocked to discover that this Lucille that everyone knows her as in Florida is yet another alias for the infamous Bay Area murderer, Iva Kroger.
