Inspectors and the Goliath

The Goliath is the housing inequality and the trying to overcome some of the deteriorating infrastructure. And the David would be the inspectors who are the heroes trying to create a change within society. So, so, then we get into this whole institutionalization of inspection. Right. But there's also some level of agency that inspectors have in doing their jobs. They,. they have this extra aspect of perceiving perceiving in terms of what needs to be fixed and not fixed - where do these perceptions come from. Where are they socialized from or learn who socializes them or where they learned from? right.
