The Importance of Avoiding Instant Gratification Behaviors
Coffee is an interesting one because it's recommended that you shouldn't have coffee to aid you to wake up. You should be allowing your body to wake itself up with the help of sunlight, but that should be like a natural thing. If you're not exercising in the morning, try and push that coffee out one hour after you wake up. But coffee in itself, I actually don't think is a bad thing. There's a lot of benefits the coffee have on your brain.
