i've learned to recognize the symptoms of when anxiety is rearing its ugly head, and trying to gain control over my mind. Breathing exercises help me tremendously, taking a pause, resetting and even writing down what i'm feeling, what i need to do,. Because the problem is that it's very easy to become overwhelmed. If you have a hundred priorities every single day, trust me, that means that you have a problem. And not everything can be urgent. Not everything can be an emergency. That's right.
