The Soup in Self Managing Systems
Ba: I think it's so interesting to play with these reputationally driven systems. We also want our identity reinforced, and we also want head patting. All the more egoic sides of that tend to pop up in a self managing system or discord. And i would imagine that soup tastes the same in dows as it does in self managing works. Ba: If you just say reputation, you let it run unchecked, the fame version outweighs the other version.
