The Social Cost of Bluetooth Headsets

The social stigma or social cost, what is it? Yeah, social deviance I think. Then there's the actual physical effort as well. And then there's the non-routine bit of doing it. It's you having to learn how this new thing works. So I think all of these things are going to be inhibitors for the take up of this technology. But they're short-term. We definitely need to think about how we overcome them.
