How Do We Deal With Men Who Are Having a Hard Time?

Men who are having a hard time right now, given the new technology that's been introduced a for them. You know, by definition, half of people are going to be below average. That's just the way numbers work, and reality worse. So i think the degree to which we can raise the status of those occupations and provide clear avenues for talented young men is important.
