Oil Price Cap on Global Markets - Is That a Good Idea?
The g seven seem to be discussing a cap on the price of oil. This would reduce the amount of cash putin can make by selling it. Officials here acknowledge that it's pretty complicated to make it work. But then i spose india is buying all this this oil from russia at a discount. So therefore, a limit is not going to stop. Intriguing.
