Getting to Know Your Team as a Project Manager

Tuxman: People are a greatest asset. It doesn't matter the business, it doesn't matter which facet of civil engineering people are the most valuable asset. The goal should be how do I create a high performing team within my environment, within my company and within my organization or group? And so that is something that I learned when I became a project manager. Tuxman: Having a shared vision is very important imperative in that process.
