Puden can't even articulate what the reason for this special military operation is. He needs to decide whether they're going to either do a mass or partial mobilization, but basely force people into military service. That force is ah th that prevents you from leaving the military if you're currently in there and you're a russian. They're tring to get it done on the chief they're trying to do with chetchens. And then there's puten, who gave a speech at the grand opening of the world's largest ferris wheel as his army is getting routed. It just couldn't look any more out of touch.
