The Limits of Divine Agency

God as agent is said to be endlessly available and attentive to other parties in the relationship. God, as an agent, has set limits on practices that are prohibited. So human agents are to set limits on chaos. And what we have been experiencing in Baltimore is chaos. I do not mean the thugs as Obama called them, but I mean the police who are agents of chaos.
