The Importance of Mandates

YNAB just changed our core value. We renamed self manager to ownership. Self manager is a subset of ownership. You can self manage, but ownership was so and we saw it exhibited everywhere all the time. So I want to figure out an adjective to put in front of ownership. It can't be extreme because that's Jockos book. But yeah, we could just be like, Jock ownership.
