When you produce olive oil, that stuff that you press all the oil out of the left over olives, that's called olive cake. Fenales can be toxic. They can be irritants. And when you spread it out there in the fields to just kind of get rid of it, it runs off and contaminates the local water supply. But yet ther's like a big environmental impact, especially in small rural areas where they don't have the means to dispose of the stuff properly.
