The Theodotus Inscription in Jerusalem

Much of the city of David has been opened as an archaeological park. Archaeologists uncovered two enormous horizontal shafts cut into the limestone. They are enormous, first temple-era tombs. Even after the fall of Jerusalem, people still knew where the tombs of David and Solomon were.
