Kim, did you have anything that came up for you around bias and age as being any different from other types of biases? I think it's because we feel somehow freer than we ought to, to insult someone because of their generation. Generational power struggles are like just a fact of human existence. The okay boomer thing is an act of protest to be like, yeah, you don't know everything either. That is what helps us make progress as humanity.
