The Pros and Cons of Flexible Work Schedules

I think it's fair to say if you ask a manager like how's person X doing, they should be able to list pros and cons. It doesn't necessarily have to be seven out of ten on the happiest scale because their boyfriend got them or whatever XboxYeah I mean you're not trying to treat this like an opioid you know smiley face chart that one of these smiley faces best represents you so there's certain situations where you have to approach it carefully.
