The Effects of Adrenalin on Return of Spontaneous Circulation
Vasopressin and methylprinizilone increased the primary outcome of return of spontaneous circulation to 42% compared to 33% in the placebo group. That corresponds to an absolute increase in risk of approximately 10% and a relative increase of 30%. So a fairly large treatment effect considering acute and critical care. Long-term outcomes, including survival and favorable neurological outcome, both at 30 days and at 90 days, there were no differences between the two groups.
