Nato

Turkey is an anomaly because it has outside of the United States the largest military in NATO. It's the only Muslim dominated theocracy in NATO, yet NATO says they've got a lot of soldiers. The biggest problem we're having with them is what would you do if they repeat 1974 and they were to invade Cyprus again or send a missile into Athens? They're fighting over a GM natural gas now because they're two NATO members. We've never had a situation where two NATO members other than 1974 almost went to war with each other.
