Usability Testing

The most complex part of UX is just the fact that it's all about the user. So I'm like a huge fan of usability testing because I've learned so many things from just watching people and it makes me so humble. You know, to your point when you're in the project and you know how it's supposed to work, there's a lot of bias. It's easy to get annoyed when people don't push the buttons that you want them to push. And what this does is it really lets people feel like they can be honest and they can rip your site to shreds. If anything is wrong, the system is wrong. And then you just let them go.
