The Biden administration has approved fewer licenses for oil and gas operations on federal land than any administration since the Nixon administration. JP Morgan Chase Chairman, Jimmy Diamond, was interviewed this week in which he said that from a geopolitics standpoint, it's time to expand domestic production. The WTO doesn't really have a whole heck of a lot to say about it at this point. But you could only take action on what the other country is obligated themselves to.
