The Story of the Auburn Lake Trails Aid Station
I worked at an aid station when I was in high school, the 38 mile aid station dusty corners. We stayed up all night watching these runners come by one at a time. What they have gone through must be incredible to experience. So I will not forget that. And it wasn't until 2001 that I ran the race for the first time. But ever since 1978, I was like, man, this is something special.
