How to Breathe Deeply and Slowly in a Baby's Belly
Belly breathing is the one that we are most naturally attuned to. The easiest way to do this is to lay down and put a hand on your belly. Hold for two or three seconds, then out through pursed lips. This may dump more oxygen in your system than you're used to having. And so sometimes it could make you a little dizzy. But the key is that as you do this process, you start to unwind your muscles. As you're unwinding those muscles, tension is releasing, and your breathing easier. Your cartisall levels are going to come down. You are going to feel better. All these things from simply doing some belly Breathing.
