In order to talk about locally verified, i'll have to go on a little detour to explain the intropability trilemma that argin kind of a describes in the article i mentioned earlier. The three parimeters that make up the trilemma are extensibility, how easy is it to deploy across multiple heterogeneous environments and trustlessness. Locally verified systems like conex are trustless and extensible, but the key property they lose is general generalizability. And so each of these reflects kind of a giving up something, and doesn't really achieve what is expected in theTrilemma.
