Do Black Rock and Vanguard Control the Companies?

I hold most of my ira and vanguard funds. I'm hoping to invest wisely, and then when the property market crashes here in australia and silver spikes, i'll be in a position to purchase property for myself. Be careful, i'm not sure the market will crash. If you look at what they're doing with inflation policies, they're arsenarias where they just continue to inflate on up. So if there's any way you can reach and buy one now, i be great. From think the people who control blackcrock and vanguard control the companies, is the way i would describe it.
