I think disclosure can be a really excellent opportunity to invite a discussion about compassion for people around us who are struggling and n suffering with their own substance us. And it, you know that'. That's in my kid's world, right? Like we walk by people on the street who are unhoused, and maybe they're dealing with their own mental health struggles as well.
