I think a certain kind of information you get from the brain is speech and should be protected. If you can compel someone to speak, if they are lying, you don't even need a lie detector. It reminds me of the Minority Report and also the example in your book. And I say, you need to read that both because it's technology that is relevant to all of my work with respect to neurotechnology.
