It's an Extrovert's World

When it comes to introversion, extroversion, there's something like 55% of the population is extroverted. So you find that people create things like open office, open office works brilliantly for extroverts who don't mind external stimulus coming at them like a host. But for the introvert, that's one of our worst nightmares. You can't control the light, you can’t control the sound and your thinking can get impacted by having an open plan office. And so we need to develop strategies around that.
