I think about the obviously as a parent, I think about the role of technology, like kind of constantly. Social media is actually, you know, ultimately the role that it plays in my life. Beyond beyond the part where it enables me to feel connected to other people that don't live in the same place that I live, it does play a really disruptive role in my family life.
