i think sometimes these numbers are getting uh turned into the actual goal yeah totally it might be thirty thousand hours for you or it might be five thousand hours. i think there's a certain amount of ego and entitlement and thinking okay give me the number i'm gonna do the number and then i want you to give me what i've earned when i get to that number nowYou had no idea how much time is involved in being a master at your craft, he says. You know like if you think it's a specific number you're missing the point so don't worry about trying to figure out an exact number but just keep going through the process which can take many years.
