Data Errors in the EHR System?

There would be two types of errors first. Technology does not allow you to have a hundred % of the data in the e h r. There is still some data that, by definition, you couldn't pullet from the eh r. So there's data that is still manually entered in in e d c systems. Even with an h o systems, they may be errors. You can have an error as simple as pulling data from the afternoon instead of the morning data and things like that.
