How to Chart Your Workplace Leaders

I think me definitely the most of everyone we fell into a pitfall where I was kind of pushing the union by myself for a bit which is definitely easy to fall into. The first people identify for people that I thought I could trust and the corporate people I had were folk that in regards to the union I all agreed on the same issues. And I mean as far as basic charting goes it wasn't terrible but there is definitely a lot to be desired and it could have been far more fleshed out. So charting and I would do it now it should be done from the start before even approaching the first person unless you extremely trust the person like you are just bonded for life
