The Pros and Cons of Emojis in San Francisco
The California Public Utilities Commission or CPUC is expected to approve cruises and Waymo autonomous vehicle passenger service expansion in the city next week. A lot of videos on the internet have gotten some traction showing this form of protest, which it is against the autonomous vehicles. Some people claiming they're overly malfunctioning. They're making traffic worse. In the neighborhoods, that's what I call people who do this. It's probably a bad idea.
